Ceramic direct bond pulley lagging is designed to overcome the problem of frequent stoppages and repairs due to high rates of wear on rubber backed ceramic pulley laggings. 

 

95% Alumina Ceramic Tiles are bonded directly to the steel surface using a special flexible bonding epoxy. The bonding system offers installed shear strength of >19 MPa. The tiles do not wear, reducing downtime and operating costs
